1. Does your design office operate only in Warsaw?

Our headquarters is located in the capital and this is where we carry out most of our projects, but remote collaboration or implementation in another location is also possible after prior arrangements.

2. Do you only design apartments?

No! Our offer is aimed at individual clients owning houses and apartments, as well as those owning commercial spaces such as offices, apartments for rent, and commercial premises.

3. What does interior design include?

The project includes a functional layout, 3D visualization, technical documentation, and a list of materials and equipment.

4. Do you offer full property finishing services at Moovin Interiors?

Yes, we specialize in comprehensive projects „"turnkey", taking over responsibility for the whole process – from design, through purchasing and logistics, to communication and supervision of renovation teams.

5. Is it possible to order a project without the supervision of its implementation?

Of course. We offer conceptual and implementation designs that you can implement yourself.

6. What is the cost of interior design at Moovin Interiors?

We price all projects individually, and the price depends on the size of the property and the scope of services provided.

7. What is the Concierge Process offered by your design office?

This is a comprehensive service that includes design work, technical documentation, delivery and selection of material and color samples, cooperation with reliable contractors and punctual suppliers, and management of all aspects related to finishing the apartment.

8. Will I receive assistance in determining the investment cost estimate?

Yes, we prepare precise cost estimates for materials and labor, which guarantees our clients peace of mind during the work and ongoing insight into their expenses.

9. By working with your design office, will I avoid unforeseen expenses during implementation?

Absolutely. We prepare a cost estimate and a strict work schedule, and we select materials to ensure the investment costs stay within your established budget. 

10. Is entrusting you with the purchase of materials a cheaper option for me?

Yes. Thanks to our ongoing collaboration with suppliers, we have access to attractive offers and discounts that are not available to individual customers.

11. Do I have to find a renovation team myself?

I don't need that - we work with trusted and proven professionals who offer the highest standard of work.

12. Are there any supervisors working on the construction site?

Yes, as part of our authorial supervision, we regularly visit the construction site and check its progress and compliance of the work with the technical documentation.

13. Do your projects include custom-made furniture?

Yes, we offer a comprehensive service – measurements, technical carpentry documentation, material samples and assembly of carpentry.

14. Can I make changes to the project?

Yes. We create designs based on customer suggestions and needs, allowing us to tailor the design to your taste.

15. What if I have no idea what style I would like to design the interior in?

No problem! Our architects will create a mood board for you with interior inspirations in various styles, and with their help, you'll discover the one that's best for you.

16. Do you have show apartments?

Yes, we are one of the few companies that have showroom apartments in Warsaw, where you can personally assess the craftsmanship of the finishes and take a closer look at the results of our work.
